When we hear the word “legacy” it often brings to mind what remains after someone or something has left. It is the mark, the belief, or the value passed along and embraced by those left behind to remember it.
BUT WHY does this precious inheritance only have to be in our memories? Why can’t we live and thrive in our legacies NOW?!
The truth is, many of us don't know how to embody our legacies in the here and now. But it's entirely achievable.
We have the ability to live authentically in confidence, aligning our actions with our core values and beliefs.
We can live in meaningful connections with those we hold dear, nurturing bonds that sustain us through life's trials.

As an alumnus of the Christian Coach Institute, La’Toya brings over 14 years of diverse experience in behavior analysis, education, and spiritual mentorship to empower individuals, children, and families.
